Mallin Brough
President and Co-Owner
Hive Plastics is led by Mallin Brough, a seasoned professional with more than 19 years of experience in the rotational molding industry. He has degrees in business and mechanical engineering and hands-on experience at every level—from trimming parts on the production floor to managing three large rotational molding operations across the western United States—Mallin brings a rare combination of technical expertise, leadership, and practical insight.
M. Joseph Brough
Vice President and Co-Owner
M. Joseph Brough adds exceptional depth and strategic guidance to Hive Plastics. He is the former COO of ICON Fitness (iFit) and the founder and former owner of Rotational Molding of Utah, with over 30 years of experience in the rotational molding industry. His extensive background in executive leadership, financial strategy, and manufacturing operations helps steer Hive Plastics with long-term vision, stability, and disciplined growth.
Austin Robinette
General Manager
Austin Robinette brings 12 years of experience in the rotational molding industry. He began his career as a machine operator and worked his way up through the ranks, gaining hands-on knowledge across every stage of production. With a degree in accounting and business, he offers a well-rounded skill set spanning operations, sales and purchasing. Prior to joining Hive Plastics, Austin managed custom rotational molding accounts across the West Coast for a nationwide manufacturer, adding valuable experience in customer relations and large-scale production support.
